The Isle Of Wight is a small island a few miles south of the English mainland, yet the Island has a great reputation for producing great musicians, Level 42 being no exception.  Fronted by ace bass player Mark King, the band brought a sophisticated soul/funk groove to the 80s and beyond.  We’ve made their Official Website our Website Of The Week this week on The 80s Lunchbox, weekdays from 1200 midday on The Cheese.
