So many people are aware of the many environmental issues facing humanity at present, yet feel powerless to create positive change.  One event which is taking place this Saturday afternoon enables people to actively engage with the environment in a positive & fun fashion.

ENVIROTAINMENT offers you a fun family event where there will be goodie bags to the first 50 people, gorgeous sea creature (costumed) helpers to participate in a entertaining event to pick up rubbish lining the Hutt River (gloves and bags will be provided). Meet outside the NewDowse 45 Laings Road, Lower Hutt at 3pm this Saturday 11th October where there will be a 5min walk to the Hutt River to begin the adventure.

The event will conclude with a collective sculpture creation of re/up-cycling proportions which will be documented by Victoria University along with other media.
