Helena would tell anyone that she has been a chatterbox since she was little… every school report went “Helena is a lovely child but……” So if your good at something and you enjoy it then share it, right! As well as loving to talk, Helena is also a keen knitter as has been since she was 12! 

With a radio background after being with commercial station back in the early 2000s, Helena took a big break when she became a mum and is now back on the airwaves Sundays from 2 till 6 with great music from the 80s, 90s and today!
