Become a volunteer host family.

EF Foundation is looking for volunteer host families anywhere in the Wellington region, including Kapiti and the Wairarapa, to help make a student’s dream come true!  You can match a student that suits your family from 26 different nationalities, so you can start making the world a smaller, friendlier place.

What is the EF Foundation looking For?:

• Caring families wanting to open their hearts to a new family member for 6-12 months
• Families able to provide a single or shared bedroom, and a place at their table

Volunteer host families come in all shapes and sizes: single and retired couples, from urban and rural areas, with children, or without. If you want to share your family life with a high school student from abroad, you have what it takes to host!   Families are provided with a small monetary contribution each month.
