Sunday 8 June 10am-2pm

To celebrate World Environment week, Karori Sanctuary is giving visitors a rare opportunity to see behind the scenes at their world-renowned conservation project. Try your hand at radio telemetry and go off-track with conservation staff. Find out what they feed their kaka and why they’ve got a fence like Fort Knox. Loads of hands-on activities and opportunities to get your hands dirty!   Cost: $12/adults; $5/children aged 5-16; under-5s and members FREE! Also, sign up as a member on the day and not only will you get your admission fee back, you’ll also go in the draw to win a free Night Tour for two!
